Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Sukoon Moments is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sukoon.moment@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
